Individual Therapy
Session Fee: $160
Session Length: 50 minutes
Couples Therapy
Session Fee: $180 (currently full; waitlist available)
Session Length: 60 minutes
Extended sessions are offered and subject to availability.
My services are covered by most insurance providers. I recommend contacting your provider to determine if registered psychotherapists are covered under your plan. I offer direct billing for those with SunLife Insurance at this time.
As a regulated mental health professional, therapy services are exempt from HST.

Policies

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment will be charged the full session rate to the card on file.
Policy charges (late cancellations and no-shows) are not considered billable services and are typically not covered by insurance providers.

Payment is due at the end of each session. A receipt is provided once payment is received.
All major credit cards and e-transfer are accepted as forms of payment and processed through the Jane payment platform.

Sessions are conducted via Jane, which is compliant with PHIPA and PIPEDA privacy legislation.
Technical Issues: You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a stable surface for your device to ensure the best video experience.

Psychotherapy is not currently covered by OHIP.

All services must be paid directly by the client. After payment, I will provide a receipt with the appropriate details for you to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. Direct billing is available for those with SunLife Insurance coverage.
