A path to wholeness

What is Relational Psychotherapy?

With so many types of therapy to choose from, this is a great question to ask! Relational psychotherapy is a modality that helps you explore your feelings, behaviours, and thoughts with attention to how these aspects can show up in your relationship with yourself and others.

The process can help you identify well-meaning patterns that keep you stuck, bring deeper personal insight and awareness, better ways of understanding and navigating problems, as well as help you build and maintain healthy relationships. It is also a legitimate source of support during a difficult time or when things feel a bit “off”.
