A path to wholeness
Individual Therapy in Toronto
I offer individual psychotherapy in Toronto and online across Ontario. Through a blend of relational, somatic, and culturally responsive approaches, we make room to understand what you’re carrying and how it shows up in your life and relationships.
What is Relational Psychotherapy?
With so many types of therapy to choose from, this is a great question to ask! Relational psychotherapy is an approach that helps you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours with attention to how these aspects can show up in your relationship with yourself and others. I weave in somatic (body-based) approaches, so along with talking, we notice how stress and emotion show up in your body, such as tension, a tight chest, or a sense of ease.
The process can help you identify well-meaning patterns that keep you stuck and ways of relating to yourself that invite a gentle shift. It can also help you find better ways of navigating challenges and connecting with others in ways that feel reciprocal and nourishing. It’s a valuable source of support during a difficult time, or when things feel a bit “off.
